We had the beef curry vegan platter and it was delicious! Our first time trying Ethiopian / Eritrean food and we were so blown away. It was just a great experience, the food tasted wonderful and the lady who cooked it was so cute!!!

Absolutely amazing food here. I have never had Ethiopian or Eritrean food before, so when passing I had to try it. Nice little place with quiet vibe and nice decor. Very clean too. Staff very friendly and helpful in description of the food and helping me order. I got the lamb tibs, which was amazing. I recommend this place to anyone passing or to come direct. Would definitely come again and glad to have another cuisine to try. Thanks guys!

Absolutely love this place! The food is really tasty and the people running it are so friendly. The portion sizes are very generous so we end up taking back a doggy bag every time as can't let it go to waste!They also serve a delicious Gold lagerWe have been twice so far but will be back.Highly recommend to anyone.*Note, the service can be a little slow at times, which is fine by me as I like to enjoy the atmosphere of places, but I realise others may not like it as much!

Had an incredible dining experience at this African restaurant tonight. The Lamb Tibs with injera bread were absolutely delicious, satisfying my long-standing craving for African cuisine. A very special mention to the delightful server, Yonas, whose charm and warm hospitality enhanced the overall experience. A truly pleasant evening that was undeniably worth the price.

Have been wanting to try Ethiopian food for ages, after first hearing about Ingera years ago. Definitely didn't disappoint, and everything that came with was delicious. Staff were so friendly and helpful, willing to enlighten us about what else to get too! Looking forward to going back again already!

The food is really good and I think quite cheap. I had spicy lamb tibs (at the bottom in the photo, aroun 12) and beef tibs (around 10). The meat was very well seasoned and tender, the combination with the Eritrean bread is also very nice, better than the rice I think.The atmosphere inside doesn't really reason with the type of food I think, I was expecting some more African decor, which I think would improve a lot the place and I would appreciate more. Instead it is decorated with green velvet seatings, some pink neon like Heavenly Dessert in Cov city centre. I would also remove the shop door bell, it is fine in some high-end shops but it is disturbing and loud in a restaurant.

Any vegan’s dream having a whole section of a menu dedicated to vegan dishes. I love, love, LOVED the vegan platter and shiro. It was presented beautifully and tasted even better. Highly recommend if you’re a vegan in Coventry looking for an authentic Ethiopian experience.
